Start a Survey
Enter the customer name and building name. You can add more buildings as you walk the site. Set the default filter changes per year — you can override this per unit.

Scan the Nameplate
For each unit, tap Scan Nameplate and frame the data plate in the guide box. The AI reads brand, model, serial, tonnage, refrigerant, and manufacture date automatically. You just verify and correct anything needed.

Complete & Export
Add photos, select filters and belts, rate condition, and save. When done, tap Finish Survey to download your Excel report and photo zip — ready to upload to SharePoint.
